Sweet Lime, it is also known as Mosambi in Hindi. It is rich source of Vitamin C.
- SweetnLime - 12 or 4ooml juice
- Sugar - 14 tsp
- Cold water - 5 cups or as you want
- Ice Cubes - As required
- Black Salt - A pinch(Optional)
- Mint leaves - To garnish
- Juice extractor - 1
- Cut the fruit into half.
- Squeeze it with the help of extractor.
- Add sugar,salt and water.Mix it well.
- In a tall glass put ice cubes and pour the juice and garnish with mint leaves.
- Now ready to drink.
NOTE:
- Filter the juice if you want.
- As for your taste add sugar.
- If you want you can add black pepper also.
- You will get 6 glasses
- Orange juice - 1 cup(1 kg)
- Lemon - 3tsp
- Sugar - 1½ cup
- Water - 3 cups
- Orange colour - a pinch
- Orange skin grated - as required
- Boil the water and put sugar and grated skin.
- Again boil this for 5 min. and then cool it.
- If you want to filter you can. Then put orange juice, lemon juice and colour. Mix all together.
- Now put this in the ice tray.
- When it is set remove in a bowl and crush with fork and serve.
It is Kashmir's famous dessert made from milk, rice and sugar. It is very easy to make in microwave and delicious to eat.
- Rice - 50gms
- Toned Milk - 3 cups
- Sugar - 100gms
- Cardamom powder - 1tsp
- Cream or malai - 1 tsp (whipped)
- Clean, wash and soak the rice for 30 min.
- Drain the water and grind the rice, sugar and cardamom with little water.
- In a microwave safe bowl, boil the milk at 100% for 6-7 min.
- Now add the rice paste to it and microwave it covered for 10-12mins. at 50% power or till it thickens.Stir in between.
- Cool it and then add the cream, again microwave at 50% power for 7-8mins.
- Now chill in the refrigerator and serve it.
- Sprouted green gram – ½ cup
- Onion – 1tsp (finely chopped)
- Coriander leaves – ¼ bunch
- Dry red chilies – 4 (Chopped)
- Curds – ½ cup
- Mustard – ½ tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- In a big bowl mix green gram, coriander leaves, onion and curds.
- In a pan heat oil. Add mustard and chilies.
- Add this to the curd mixer and mix with salt and serve it chilled.
It is a Indian dish which every one loves to eat. In Tamilnadu we call this dish as Thayir vada, in Andhra they call us Perugu gari, in Karnataka as Masaru vada etc..what ever they call but the dish give same taste every where.
- Urad dal - 1cup
- Curd - 2cups
- Salt - to taste
- Mustard - 2tsp
- Cumin seed - 2tsp
- Oil - to deep fry
- Sugar - as required
- Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
- Ginger - small piece (finely chopped)
- Green chily - as required (finely chopped)
- Curry leaves - as required
- Soak the urad dal for atleast 2 hours.
- Now grind the dal with little less water. Add salt, onion, ginger pieces and green chilly, mix it well.
- Now heat the oil and dip your hand in a clean water and now take a little batter in your hand and make small hole in the center and drop it in the oil.
- Fry it till it become golden brown. Arrange it the plate in which you are going to serve.
- Wipe the curd nicely and in that add salt and sugar as for your taste.
- Now in a wok put 1tsp oil, when it is hot add mustard, when it starts to crackle add cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add this to the curd and mix well. Pour this over the vada and keep it in the fridge and serve it cool.
- Marie biscuit or Tea biscuit - 1 pack
- Milk - 500ml
- Sugar - 5tbsp
- Cornflour - 3level tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 3tbsp
- Coffee powder - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Nuts - for garnish
- Dip the marie biscuit in coffee decoction (on both side) and layer them in a serving bowl.
- Put all the biscuits like this.
- In a pan boil milk and sugar.
- In another bowl mix cocoa powder and corn flour. Make a paste using very little milk, take care not to form lumps.
- When the milk boils, add this cocoa powder paste and mix well.
- Keep string because it will start thickening immediately.
- Switch off the stove when it thick kens.
- While still hot pour it over the biscuits and cover the biscuits all over with the sauce.
- Now garnish with the nuts.
- Keep it in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours and serve it chilled.
- Marie Biscuits or tea biscuits - 1 pack or 12 nos
- Butter - 4 to 5 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 1tbsp
- Sugar powder - as per taste
- Instant coffee powder - 1tbsp
- Milk - 1/4cup
- In the milk add the coffee powder and little sugar.
- Dip each biscuit in the milk and arrange it one top of the other.
- Cream butter and sugar together with cocoa powder.
- Apply this cream evenly on all four side of the stacked biscuits.
- Keep this in the fridge for at least 2 hours and cut into slices.
It is a recipe for both non vegetarian and vegetarian. If you eat egg then you can add eggs otherwise you can add gelatin or custard powder.
- Butter - 1/2cup
- Sugar - 2cup
- Cocoa powder - 5tsp
- Milk - 1/2cup
- Biscuit - 8 to 10 nos
- Nuts - as required
- Vanilla essence - 1tsp
- Egg/ gelatin / Custard powder - 2no /2tsp /2tsp
- Keep wok on the stove and put the butter in sim flame.
- When it starts to melt switch off the stove.
- In a bowl add sugar and cocoa powder, mix all togather.
- Switch on the stove
- Now put the cocoa powder in butter and mix it
- Stitch off the stove.
- Now add milk and mix well.
- Switch on the stove.
- Add egg and whisk it nicely.
- Switch off the stove.
- In a greased vessel put 1/4th of this mixture and some nuts over it and keep it in the fridge for 10 to 15 minuets.
- Then take it out of the fridge and dip the biscuit in the milk and remove excess milk and arrange it over the syrup.
- Then again pour the remaining syrup and the nuts over it. Now keep it in the fridge till it sets.
- When it is set it is ready to eat.
It is a Hyderabadi famous dessert which people love to eat. Actually it is a Mughlai dish with rich taste.
- Bread - 1 loaf
- Milk - 1liter (fullcream)
- Sugar - 500gm
- Koya - 500gm
- Clarified butter or ghee - 250gm
- Saffron - As required
- Salt - a pinch
- Cashewnut - As required (chopped and roasted)
- Raisins - As required
- Cardamom - 2 to 3tsp ( powdered)
- Boil the milk nicely.
- To this add the saffron, cardamom, khoya and the sugar.
- Apply the clarified butter on the both side of the bread and place this on the frying pan and roast it till golden brown on both the side. Keep in the serving plate.
- Now pour this milk over the bread and put the roasted nuts over it.
- Now it is ready to serve. It can be served both cold and hot.
Tips:- If you want to make your dessert more rich, add more dry fruits.

- Coffee powder - 2tsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1/2tsp
- Banana - 2
- Ice-cream - As required
- Chocolate - 200gms
- Cream - 1/3cup
- Cherry - to decorate
- First we will make sauce. Heat the sugar syrup.
- When it is heat put coffee powder, cinnamon powder and mix it well.
- Now add chocolate and mix well and switch off the stove.
- Now add the cream to get the shinning.
- Now sauce is ready. Now take the banana and cut it into length wise.
- Keep this banana in the serving dish, put the ice-cream over the banana.
- Keep the cherry over it and pour this sauce over it.

- Bread - 10 no
- Ghee - To deep fry
- Milk - 1cup
- Cardamom - 1/2tsp
- Sugar - 1/2cup
- Nuts - 1/2cup
- In a kadai or wok put the ghee let it heat. Take the bread and cut into 4 per pieces.
- Now fry it till golden brown and take it out and put it in the milk. Keep it for some time, if the milk is not sufficient add some more milk. In the same ghee fry the nuts if you required.
- Now in a thick wok or kadai transfer this bread with milk and now add the sugar, nuts and cardamom powder.Mix all together.
- Wait till it leaves the corner of the kadai or wok.
- Now it is ready to serve. It can be served both hot or cold.
It is a Indian sweet which is very rich in taste. If there is any old bread or dried now you can make this halwa, the taste won't differ.

- Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1cup
- Water - 1cup
- Nutmeg powder - 1/4tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1tsp
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Saffron or Kesar - 2tsp
- Nuts - 1/2cup(roasted)
- Cut the bread into square pieces and deep fry it.keep aside
- In a kadai put water and sugar to make the syrup. When sugar dissolves put the fried bread and break it so that all the bread immerse in the syrup.
- When it mashed nicely add the milk.
- When milk reduces add ghee, roasted nuts, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
- Mix all nicely and switch of the stove.
- Now add the cream and mix it once more.
- Now it is ready to serve. You can serve this both cold or hot, both are taste good.
