- Bread - 10 no
- Ghee - To deep fry
- Milk - 1cup
- Cardamom - 1/2tsp
- Sugar - 1/2cup
- Nuts - 1/2cup
- In a kadai or wok put the ghee let it heat. Take the bread and cut into 4 per pieces.
- Now fry it till golden brown and take it out and put it in the milk. Keep it for some time, if the milk is not sufficient add some more milk. In the same ghee fry the nuts if you required.
- Now in a thick wok or kadai transfer this bread with milk and now add the sugar, nuts and cardamom powder.Mix all together.
- Wait till it leaves the corner of the kadai or wok.
- Now it is ready to serve. It can be served both hot or cold.

- Bread - 1 loaf
- Cream -4tsp
- Milk - 2 cups
- Sugar - 1cup
- Water - 1cup
- Nutmeg powder - 1/4tsp
- Cardamom powder - 1tsp
- Ghee - 1/2 cup
- Saffron or Kesar - 2tsp
- Nuts - 1/2cup(roasted)
- Cut the bread into square pieces and deep fry it.keep aside
- In a kadai put water and sugar to make the syrup. When sugar dissolves put the fried bread and break it so that all the bread immerse in the syrup.
- When it mashed nicely add the milk.
- When milk reduces add ghee, roasted nuts, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
- Mix all nicely and switch of the stove.
- Now add the cream and mix it once more.
- Now it is ready to serve. You can serve this both cold or hot, both are taste good.
