Bland Shahi Paste

This shahi paste is used for many dishes. It will make the dish more rich in taste. You can use this for bland shahi vegetables, like mixed veg., korma, pulaos,  handi vegetables etc.


  • Poppy seeds or khuskhus - 1 tbsp

  • Cashews - 1 tbsp

  • Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp

  • Watermelon seeds or Magaz - 1tbsp(peeled)

  • Water - ½ cup



  1. Soak all this ingredients together for 30 minutes in water.

  2. Now grind  the soaked ingredients in their water, till fine paste.

  3. Now you can store in the refrigerate.
