Mutton Chukka or Mutton dry

Mutton-chukka

  • Mutton - 1/2 kg

  • Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tsp

  • Salt - to taste

  • Fennel seed or sonf - 1/2 tsp

  • Termaric - 1/2 tsp

  • Red chilly powder - 2 to 3 tsp

  • Garlic powder - 1tsp

  • Coriander powder - 3 tsp

  • Oil - 2 tbsp



  1. In a pressure cooker put mutton, ginger-garlic, salt and termaric powder. Give 4 to 5 whistle and keep in sim for 5 minutes.

  2. In a wok put oil, when it is hot put fennel seed and the boiled mutton  and put all other ingredients.

  3. Cook it till dry.

  4. Now it is ready.
