
- Mutton - 1/2 kg
- Ginger - garlic paste - 2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Fennel seed or sonf - 1/2 tsp
- Termaric - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder - 2 to 3 tsp
- Garlic powder - 1tsp
- Coriander powder - 3 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- In a pressure cooker put mutton, ginger-garlic, salt and termaric powder. Give 4 to 5 whistle and keep in sim for 5 minutes.
- In a wok put oil, when it is hot put fennel seed and the boiled mutton and put all other ingredients.
- Cook it till dry.
- Now it is ready.
