Low fats: Greens Masial
- Greens - 2 small bunches (any green leaves except palak or spinach)
- Asafetida – 1 pinch
- Urad dal – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – as required
- Cumin seed – ½ tsp
- Dry red chilly – 2(finely chopped)
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Boil and mash the greens.
- In a pan add oil, put cumin seed, red chilly, urad dal and curry leaves till it turn into brown.
- Switch off the stove and add asafetida and salt.
- Pour this over the mashed greens and again mash all to gather once again.
- Now it is ready to serve with rice.
