- Maida - 1cup
- Curd - 3tsp
- Oil - 2tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - to deep fry
- Mix all together.
- Add water to make a soft dough. And keep this for 10 min.
- Now ready to make Bathura
- Take a small portion and make as a ball and role it in a circle shape.
- Now deep fry it till golden brown in color.
- It is ready to serve.
