Veg Fried Rice
It is a basic method of making fried rice. In this as per your taste you can add sauces like soya sauce, tomato sauce etc. If you want Chicken fried rice you can add boiled chicken.
- Beans - 100gm
- Carrot - 100gm
- Cabbage - 100gm
- Garlic - 10pods(chopped)
- Ginger - 1piece(chopped)
- Onion - 1(chopped)
- Capsicum - 1/4cup
- Rice -2 cups (Half boiled)
- Pepper - to taste
- Vinegar or lemon juice - 1tsp
- Oil - 2tbsp
- Salt & Sugar - to taste
- In a vessel put oil, when it starts to heat put onion, Saute for some time then put garlic & ginger.
- Put all the vegetables cook it half then put rice. Mix it well.
- Now add lemon or vinegar, salt,sugar and pepper.
- Now it is ready to serve.
