- Amaranth – 3 bunches (Chopped)
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tsp
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Black gram dal – ½ tsp
- Green chilies – 3
- Heat the oil.
- Add mustard seeds, black gram and split red chilies and fry.
- When the dal turns light brown add chopped amaranth leaves, water and salt. Cook till soft.
