Prawns Fry
- Prawns - 1 cup
- Ginger - 1 piece (crushed)
- Garlic - 3 pods (crushed)
- Pepper - 1 tsp
- Dry chilly - 2
- Vinegar - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Cardamom - 2 pieces(crushed)
- Cinnamon - 1 piece(crushed)
- Cloves - 2 piece(crushed)
- Oil - as required
- In a vessel put prawns, vinegar, ginger,garlic, dry chilly, pepper, salt, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom, mix all to gather with some water.
- Keep this for 15 minutes.
- In a pan put some oil and when it is heat put the prawns mixture and cook in slow fire.
- Now it is ready to serve.
Excellent recipe. I love prawn fry. I always add a little bit of grated coconut to compliment the spices.
