- Maida - 1cup
- Coconut - 1/2cup(small pieces)
- Sugar - 1/2cup
- Salt - a pinch
- Cardamom powder - 1/2tsp
- Oil - to deep fry
- In a big vessel put maida, coconut, sugar, salt and cardamom powder.
- Add little water and make as thick dough as you make for chapati.
- In a kadai put oil to heat. Now put this dough into small pieces.
- Deep fry till it become golden brown.
- Now it is ready to serve.
Tips :- If you want to make this more rich, you can add cashewnuts, raisins, dry fruits etc
