Bread Halwa 2

It is a Indian sweet which is very rich in taste. It is another type of bread halwa

  • Bread - 10 no

  • Ghee - To deep fry

  • Milk - 1cup

  • Cardamom - 1/2tsp

  • Sugar - 1/2cup

  • Nuts - 1/2cup



  1. In a kadai or wok put the ghee let it heat. Take the bread and cut into 4 per pieces.

  2. Now fry it till golden brown and take it out and put it in the milk. Keep it for some time, if the milk is not sufficient add some more milk. In the same ghee fry the nuts if you required.

  3. Now in a thick wok or kadai transfer this bread with milk and now add the sugar, nuts and cardamom powder.Mix all together.

  4. Wait till it leaves the corner of the kadai or wok.

  5. Now it is ready to serve. It can be served both hot or cold.
