Orange Crush


  • Orange juice - 1 cup(1 kg)

  • Lemon - 3tsp

  • Sugar - 1½ cup

  • Water - 3 cups

  • Orange colour - a pinch

  • Orange skin grated - as required



  1. Boil the water and put  sugar and grated skin.

  2. Again boil this for 5 min. and then cool it.

  3. If you want to filter you can. Then put orange juice, lemon juice and colour. Mix all together.

  4. Now put this in the ice tray.

  5. When it is set remove in a bowl and crush with fork and serve.
