- Maida – 1cup
- Corn flour – 1tbsp
- Rice flour – 1tbsp
- Salt - ½ tsp
- Ground ginger, garlic, chillies – to taste
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add enough water to make a batter which will coat the back of a spoon thinly when dipped.
- Dip small pieces of cauliflower, baby corn, etc. which should have first been boiled to be tender but not mushy, but Chill the boiled veggies before frying.
