Crispy Cabbage
- Cabbage – 2 cups (shredded)
- Green chilies -2 (slit)
- Curry leaves – as required
- Coriander leaves - 1tsp(finely chopped)
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Asafetida powder – 2 pinch
- Garam masala – 1 pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Cumin seed – ½ tsp
- Mustard seed – ½ tsp
- Urad dal – ¼ tsp
- Amchoor powder – ¼ tsp
- Oil – ½ tsp
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Add cumin, mustard and urad dal. Let it splutter.
- Add asafetida, green chilies, curry leaves, turmeric powder stir for a minutes and add cabbage and salt.
- Toss lightly with spoon.
- Sprinkle garam masala and amchoor powder. Toss it again.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring continuously till it is crisp.
- Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
